Insurance

For those patients that have dental insurance, we will be glad to assist you with your claim. We will require payment in full at the time treatment is complete. For your convenience, we will submit your claim electronically. Your insurance company will then send a cheque directly to the policy holder. Managing payment in this method allows you to deal directly with your insurance carrier. Most insurance companies are very quick with re-imbursement. When we send your claim electronically for you, payment should arrive between 1-5 days after your dental appointment

For major dental treatment such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures and orthodontics, a payment plan schedule may be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

It is our office policy that appointments which are cancelled without 2 business days’ notice, will be subject to a $100.00 short notice cancellation fee. Patients who fail to arrive for their dental appointment will be charged a $100.00 no show fee. We do not accept cancellations via email or text, please call the office.

We reserve this time especially for you. Cancelling short notice or failing to arrive for your appointment disrupts the schedule and our availability to treat other patients in need.

Guardian Consent Policy

All minors must be accompanied by a guardian to their dental appointments so that consent may be received for their dental treatment. If a guardian is not able to attend the appointment, please call to discuss with the receptionist so that we may plan their appointment accordingly.

We require a parental consent form to be signed by any legal guardians prior to a minor’s first appointment with us. You can find and download the form here.  In doing so, we recognize that any guardians have agreed to have their child(ren) seen and treated at the dental office. We appreciate your understanding in us keeping guardians involved in their child’s care.

Once signed, only one guardian needs to attend appointments.
